Beautiful tour of the 8 waterfalls in Banos. Fernando was a great guide, driving us and explaining many details about the area, patient and speaking good english. We even had time for extra activities like zip line, cable car and candy factory. It was a lovely day 🙂

Together with our guide Santiago, we spent the whole day exploring the famous eight waterfalls, the most beautiful viewpoints, and as a perfect ending we enjoyed the breathtaking view at Luna Volcán.
Santiago is truly outstanding: he speaks perfect English, is punctual, thinks of everything, and makes sure everything is perfectly organized. Thanks to him, we had an incredible day.
Highly recommended when visiting Baños! They don’t just offer this tour, but also many other excursions, fully customized. For example, if you want to go quad biking, it costs USD 20 per hour per quad. If you share one quad, you pay USD 20 per hour together. If you each want your own quad, it’s USD 40 per hour.
My tip: don’t book through well-known platforms like GetYourGuide. You mainly end up paying commission. Instead, arrange it directly with Santiago and his team. They will design the entire day exactly the way you want and take care of everything from A to Z.

Santiago was the best! Great tour and clear explanations. Tour was hands on and included a stop at a traditional community as a nice cultural experience and a cacao farm where we learned how to make cocoa powder for hot chocolate. Lunch was delicious and everyone was very welcoming. Also lots of stops with great views. Highly recommend this tour company!!
It was an amazing experience, we got to see so many different waterfalls, and the lunch was amazing! At the same time we had a very good tour guide named Santiago!
